Animal Nutrition Specialties

  • Finex 3060 (Monolaurin): Natural replacement of Antimicrobial Growth Promoters for chickens. It is more efficient than similar alternatives such as butyric acid and lactic acid. Derived 100% from vegetable sources.
  • Finex 1786: Emulsifier made from vegetable sources designed to improve the absorption of fat and nutrients in chickens and therefore, promote their growth and weight gain.
  • Finex 2106 (Mono-diglycerides of propionic acid): Specialty that promotes optimal moisture and correct nutrient distribution in pellets and improves their compaction and stability during storage.
  • Medium-chain triglycerides: A rapidly metabolized source of energy.

Emulsifiers for food

  • Finamul 90 (Mono-diglycerides distilled from fatty acids/E-471): Emulsifier widely used in bakery products, confectionery, margarines, cookies, ice cream, chocolates, spreads, among others.
  • Finamul 9106 (Blend of Monoglycerides and Triglycerides) : Provides the correct crystallization of fats in margarines to promote proper texture and stability during storage. It also prevents phase separation in spreads with stability difficulties.
  • Finamul 9750 : Blend of emulsifiers for bakery and confectionery that improves the dispersion of fat in the dough improving the taste perception, as well as the appearance of the finished product. In cookies, it improves resistance to breakage.
  • Finamul PGE (Polyglycerol Ester / E-475): Improves texture and creaminess in ice cream and pastry creams. It also promotes softness in baked products by optimizing the necessary moisture through water retention. It is used in whipped creams, mousses and sponge cakes to improve sponginess and aeration due to its ability to retain air in these types of formulations.
  • Finamul 7000 (Propylene Glycol Monostearate) : It is used in baked products and whipped creams where fluffiness, volume and stability are required. In this way it promotes softness and freshness for a longer time in bakery products. It has better aeration properties than Polyglycerol Ester.
  • Finamul 4050L (Diacetyl Tartaric Ester Monoglyceride – DATEM): Improves sponginess and fat distribution in bakery and confectionery products. Additionally, it promotes dough elasticity and extensibility to facilitate its handling in production processes.
  • Finamul VR (Polyglycerol polyricinoleate / E-476): Emulsifier used to reduce viscosity in chocolates and coatings. It also facilitates the chocolate production process as a release agent.
  • Finamul 6030 (Sorbitan tristearate / E-492): Emulsifier that improves creaminess in ice cream and prevents the presence of white spots in chocolate (blooming). It is also used as an anti-crystallizing agent for palm oil and its blends.

Vegetable oil anti-crystallizing agent

  • Finamul NC 9110 : Prevents the formation of crystals and cloudiness in palm oil at low temperatures, extending its shelf life. It is more efficient than sorbitan tristearate as it works in dosages of parts per million and works up to temperatures of 10°C.

Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCT)

MCT or medium chain fatty acids are a highly efficient energy source because they provide more energy than carbohydrates and proteins and in a faster way. They do not accumulate in adipose tissue due to their rapid metabolization, making them an ideal energy source for constant physical activity and promoting weight loss in adults.

  • Palmester 3595 : palm oil-derived medium chain fatty acids in liquid form
  • Plantera ES 30: medium chain fatty acids derived from palm oil in powder form
  • Palmester 1520: fatty acids derived from coconut oil in liquid form.
