B Medical Systems contact plate blast freezers are designed to help blood banks and blood transfusion centers rapidly freeze plasma according to medical standards. They offer one of the shortest freezing times on the market. The largest capacity model allows you to freeze 48 bags of 350 ml at an internal temperature below -30 °C in less than 30 minutes.

The equipment consists of two freezing plates inclined at 5 degrees, for an ultra-fast freezing cycle, two independently operating levels, allowing simultaneous freezing and thawing if necessary, without exposure to extremely low temperatures, avoiding cracking of the bags, homogeneous cooling of bags despite the presence of air bubbles or uneven filling. Ideal for preservation of factor 8 in the freezing process.

Classified as Class II(a) medical devices and accredited to AABB standards, both models – CSF 61 and – are based on a unique technology. This patent-pending technological innovation has been developed thanks to 40 years of experience in the field of medical refrigeration, of which more than 15 years in contact freezing.
